The AI Automation Roadmap

Find out exactly where you stand with AI, and see if you are ready to build systems that actually run work for you.

Most people use AI to write emails and generate text. Almost nobody knows how to set up AI that does real operational work automatically, like following up with leads, qualifying clients, or managing bookings.

This short assessment shows you your current stage, and what it takes to reach the next one.

This short assessment is your first step toward joining the AI Agent Team Automation Course, helping us make sure you are ready to start at the right stage.

Does This Sound Familiar?

You know AI can help, but the real business work still seems to land back on your plate.

Your lead follow-up still takes hours every week, mostly manual.

You are paying for five different SaaS tools and still doing the work yourself.

ChatGPT saves you minutes. You need a system that saves you hours.

You have tried Zapier or Make, but the moment something requires a decision, it breaks.

Your CRM is full of leads, but nobody follows up until you personally do it.

You have tried hiring a VA, but training takes weeks and they still miss things.

You are working long weeks, and the admin tasks are the part that does not grow the business.

You know automation is possible, but every tutorial assumes you are a developer.

You want to build systems once that keep running, not babysit a dozen different apps.

You do not want to learn to code. You want to learn to build.

The Real Shift in AI

The real transformation is not using AI to write faster. It is building systems that connect your tools together and run processes without you.

The people who figure this out stop chasing every new app. They start building reliable business systems that keep working in the background. This understanding changes everything about how you approach AI, and how much value you get from it.

The Four Stages of AI

Where are you currently stuck, and what does it take to reach the next level?

01

AI Tools (AI as a Helper)

AI as a helper. You use ChatGPT, Claude, or other tools manually for writing, research, content, and ideas. AI is useful, but it only works when you are sitting there.

02

AI Workflows (Connected Workflows)

Connected workflows. You link tools together with automations. Some tasks run automatically, but the process still depends on you or preset triggers.

03

AI Systems That Run Work

AI Systems That Run Work — Multiple steps happening automatically. AI handles the decisions, moves information between your tools, follows up with leads, and gets through the work that used to sit in your inbox for hours. You step in only when something needs you.

04

Full Business Automation

Several systems running together across follow-up, booking, admin, and reporting. The business keeps moving when you are not at your desk. This is what running on AI infrastructure actually looks like.

Almost everyone stays stuck in Stage 1 or 2. This course is for people who are ready to move into Stage 3 and beyond, into real automation.

The AI Automation Mastery Path

The path from manually using AI tools to building complete automation systems that run day-to-day operations.

It applies to business owners improving internal operations, professionals future-proofing their careers, people transitioning into AI automation work, and people who want to set up automation systems for clients.

Level 01

Mastering Core Tools

Manual AI usage with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney. Prompt engineering, content generation, research, and daily productivity.

Manual AI Usage100%

Level 02

Connecting Tools into Workflows

Automating tasks with Zapier, Make, or simple scripts. Linear logic, basic automation agents, and connected tool flows.

Automating Tasks100%
Where Most People Start

If you're still using AI manually — opening ChatGPT, asking questions, copying answers — you're at Level 1. If you've started connecting tools together with Zapier or Make, you're at Level 2. That's where most people are when they first land on this page. The assessment tells you exactly where you sit and the fastest path to Level 3.

Connected automation workflows at Level 2
Level 03

Building Systems That Do Work

Systems that coordinate multiple tasks automatically, make decisions, and move work across the tools a business already uses.

Autonomous Operations100%

Level 04

Scaling Business Automation

Several automations working as one operating system. Follow-up, booking, admin, and client handling stop running as separate jobs and start passing work between each other. This is where you stop building single automations and start designing the system a business runs on. The certificate shown on the left is a non-accredited personal learning record. It marks that you finished the course and passed the required assessments — a record of completion for personal use, not a professional or accredited qualification.

The Next Stage → AI Systems That Do Work

The path starts with Stage 1, using AI tools manually. Then comes Stage 2, connecting tools into workflows so individual tasks can run automatically.

Stage 3 is different. This is where you stop thinking about one prompt or one automation at a time and start designing systems that can carry a real business process from start to finish.

The next leap is learning how to build automation that does actual business work: follow-up, qualification, booking, admin, handoffs, and reminders.

These systems coordinate different AI roles, business tools, and customer information so real operational processes can run without you managing every step.

Instead of automating one task at a time, you begin designing setups that plan, execute, and manage workflows automatically.

Here is what that looks like:

What you build can go far beyond operations. Owners use this to automate the repetitive work in their business. Professionals use it to build internal tools at their job. People with an idea use it to ship the application that becomes their business. The skill is the same. What you build with it is up to you.

  • specialized AI roles handling different jobs
  • multi-step processes that run without you
  • your tools connected into a single operational flow
  • decisions being made automatically across tasks
  • AI systems working continuously in the background

This is where AI stops being a minor productivity boost and becomes part of how a business actually runs.

This is also the single biggest gap in AI education. Almost every course teaches you how to use AI tools. Almost none teach you how to build systems that run work for you.

AI Agent Team Automation Course

The AI Agent Team Automation Course teaches you how to design and direct the staged build of an end-to-end AI agent team. Real estate is the practical business example. Once you understand the method, you can adapt it to your business, your job, future client projects, or your own product idea.

You will build the core parts of a genuine automation system. No coding background needed. AI does the coding. You learn how to think through the business process, structure the system, and direct the build properly.

By the end of the course you will have:

  • Your own AI build setup running on your machine
  • A clear understanding of how real AI systems are designed and structured
  • A full walkthrough of how every layer connects — data, application, AI, deployment
  • Hands-on experience directing an AI coding assistant to build a real system
  • Your first working system deployed live to the internet
  • The skill to design and build the next system, in any niche, for any business case

The course is built around a repeatable framework developed from years of hands-on AI development. You learn that framework by building through it, not by reading about it.

This course is designed for people who are already at Stage 2, AI Workflows, or above. If you are not there yet, the assessment will tell you exactly what to work on first.

This is not theory. You will build and deploy a real system. The exact AI outputs will vary over time. That is expected and normal.

Who This Is Not For

This course is not for people who have already built and deployed their own AI systems that run real business processes. If that is you, you do not need this.

It is also not for people who want to argue about tools or chase every shiny new app. This is for people who are ready to move from basic workflows into real, working automation, and who want a clear, structured path to get there.

Why This Course Is Different

Every AI course shows you a finished result and implies you will get the same one. You will not — and neither will anyone else. But that is not what you are buying.

What you are buying is the thinking process. The frameworks. The way an experienced professional looks at a problem, breaks it down, designs the system, and directs AI to build it. That thinking process is what produces the result — not the prompts, not the code, not the finished app.

AI generates different code every time. Your output will look different from the instructor's. That is expected and correct. The instructor's code is not the product — the instructor's thinking is. Once you have that, you can build anything, with any AI, in any project, for the rest of your career.

System Requirements & Important Note

This course is taught on Mac, Intel or Apple Silicon. The terminal commands, file paths, and environment setup are demonstrated on macOS.

If you have a Mac, you are good to go. You can follow along exactly.

If you have Windows or Linux, you can still complete the course, but you will need to translate the initial setup steps yourself. The core build uses standard web-app tools and AI automation logic that can run on any OS. The foundational environment setup is not covered for Windows or Linux.

Cloud IDEs like GitHub Codespaces are technically possible, but they are not taught. They can be less private and secure than a local machine. This course focuses on local development for full control and privacy. If you choose a cloud IDE, you are on your own.

The environment setup is done with AI assistance. You answer a few questions, and the AI writes the commands. No memorisation needed. If you have a Mac and can open a terminal, you will be fine.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly will I build in this course?

You will build an end-to-end AI agent team through a staged course roadmap. Real estate provides the practical workflow used to teach the architecture.

You will progressively build specialist agents, routing, tools, shared data, public and admin applications, human approvals, security, governance, observability, quality controls, cost controls, deployment, and additional planned system layers.

The course is released progressively, so the learner area clearly distinguishes between stages available now and stages scheduled for release.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The entire course is built around the fact that AI writes the code. You will learn how to design the system, direct the AI, and put it all together.

This is not a coding course. It is a course on how to think through, structure, and direct the build of real automation systems.

How much does it cost to run AI systems like this?

Once built, most small AI-powered automation systems cost roughly $10–$30 per month to operate.

Typical costs include cloud hosting, AI model usage, and small infrastructure services.

This makes them accessible even for small businesses and individual professionals.

Who is this course best suited for?

It is not aimed at one profession. It teaches the foundations of how to design and build an AI agent team for a real business case.

  • business owners who want to automate internal work
  • service businesses drowning in admin and follow-up
  • professionals who want to become the person at work who can build AI systems
  • people with an idea who want to ship a working application instead of watching more tutorials
  • people who want the foundation to build for clients

You apply the skill wherever you want: your business, client work, internal tools at your job, or a new product idea.

I run a service business. I am not a tech person. Is this still for me?

Yes. The service business owners who get the most out of this are the ones who already feel the pain: email, spreadsheets, memory, manual follow-up, and AI saving minutes instead of hours.

The course shows you how to build a system that can run repetitive parts of a business, such as lead capture, qualification, follow-up, and reporting, without you doing the work each time.

You direct the AI. The AI writes the code. Tech background is not the requirement. Willingness to think systematically is.

How long does the course take to complete?

Self-paced. Most learners finish in four to eight weeks at a part-time pace, roughly an hour a day.

Some finish faster with focused work. Some take around three months because life is busy.

You have one year of access from sign-up, including updates released during that year. Twelve months is more than enough time to finish the course and apply the thinking to your own builds.

What if I get stuck?

This is a self-paced course, not a hand-holding support program. Detailed one-to-one troubleshooting is not included.

The course is sequenced so common stuck points are covered before you hit them. You will also learn how to use the AI coding assistant to read errors, feed them back, and work through fixes without writing code yourself.

If you need someone beside you for every error, this is not the right course. If you can think through a problem with the AI coding assistant in front of you, you can get through it.
